Sponsor, Exhibit, Advertise

Helicopter Safety Alliance holds safety education events — Helicopter Safety Seminars — around the United States for managers, pilots, and maintenance technicians from small helicopter operations. Because our events are regional and free, HSA provides these folks with an affordable alternative to large trade shows, both in the cost to attend and in travel time.

To reach this audience, become an HSA sponsor, exhibitor, or advertiser.

Download the HSA Media Kit for more information about HSA, its audience, and how we can partner to support them. Or read below about how you can gain more exposure with this hard-to-reach audience of owners, operators, and influencers in small helicopter operations.

Become a Sponsor

HSA offers a variety of sponsorships that fit any budget. National Sponsors receive 12 months of promotional benefits and a table exhibit at all regular Safety Seminars held during that time, and we offer a wide range of other sponsorship options, including meals and A/V service.

HSA promotes sponsors in a variety of ways, including signage and verbal recognition at Seminars, advertising in the HSA newsletter, and acknowledgment on the HSA website. To learn more, download the HSA Media Kit.

Become an Exhibitor

HSA offers low-cost exhibition opportunities and a chance to connect with small operators, who often don’t go to large trade shows. Our shows are planned in cities around the United States through 2023.

Pricing for ONE 6-foot tabletop display (and 2 chairs) is $850. Discounts for multiple events. All meals and breaks take place in the exhibit space, so you will have ample opportunity to connect with attendees. To learn more, download the HSA Media Kit.

Note: electricity will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please discuss your requests for electricity or any special requests beyond the tabletop and chairs listed above.

Advertise

HSA media offer another way for you to reach small helicopter operations: advertise in the HSA News, our monthly e-newsletter for HSA members. Besides news from the Alliance, reports from Safety Seminars, and tips that pilots, managers, and mechanics can put to use in their daily routine, our newsletter will contain your message.
